Where are you located?

We are located in Mumbai, India.

Where is your jewellery made?

All of our jewellry and diamonds are exclusively lab-made.

Do you offer discounts?

We occassionally offer discounts or run promotions. These are dependent upon the various festive days or special occassions celebrated in India.

Do you sell gift cards or gift certificates?

At the moment, we do not sell gift cards or gift certificates.

Delivery

How much will it cost to ship a DiamondGarden product to my home?

We offer free shipping within India, and every order we ship is full insured.

What is the estimated delivery time?

If we have the item in stock, the total time it will take us is 24-48 hours. If it is customised or made to order, it will take approximately 10 business days.

How will the delivery be done?

Once you place an order online, we choose to deliver using the most sophisticated courier companies. Upon shipment, we provide you with a tracking number so that you are kept aware of how long your package will take to arrive. We use one of the following courier services:

  • Blue Dart
  • Speed Post
  • We can choose to select another sophisticated company at our discretion when we feel it will best serve you

If your delivery costs more than INR 5,000, then we require a signature. In addition, the person who collects the package will be required to show some form of approved identification.

Does DiamondGardens deliver internationally?

At the moment, DiamondGarden does not ship internationally. We are hoping to expand our operations soon, though! See additional shipping options here

Returns and Exchanges

What is your Return Policy?

If you experience any issues whatsoever with your piece, we offer a 30-day No Questions asked moneyback/exchange policy. We want you to have time to guarantee that your piece is perfect. You can return a product within this time frame for any reason, unless the jewellry has been customized, altered, or engraved. We do not accept returns for Gold Coins. We offer FREE shipping for all returns within the 30 day exchange Policy, as well as full transit insurance.

The value of the product being returned should not exceed Rs. 1,00,000 in the case of jewellry, and it should not exceed Rs. 5,00,000 in the case of solitaires.See additional Returns and buyback options here

How can I make a return?

  • Call our customer service team and tell the representative what item it is you would like to return, as well as your order number. You will then be given a Return Authorization Code.
  • DiamondGarden will courier you a tamper proof package with the Return Authorization code, your Name, your address on the outside return area, and a unique serial number pre-printed.
  • You must secure your jewellry and any other certificates using this tamper proof package and you must also include the original tag. This package cannot be opened unless it is destroyed, thus making it secure from any outsiders, including Courier Companies.
  • As soon as you have your package ready, call our customer service team once and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
  • Once DiamondGarden recieves your returned item, we will issue your refund or process your new item purchase

What is the guarantee of your jewellery OR diamonds ?

We guarantee all of our products through buybacks, exchanges, or returns.

What is the structure of a diamond?

Diamonds are made when carbon dioxide is exposed to extreme heat and pressure. This occurs naturally under the earth’s surface. Our lab-made diamonds are created under conditions meant to replicate this, and aer created using the exact same material as diamonds. This is wh our lab made diamonds carry the same shimmering aesthetic as natural diamonds. Our process is highly advanced, and our controlled conditions provide the same circumstances under which natural diamonds are created, except without the conflict and environmental devastation that comes from diamond mining.

What if I don't know the ring size?

We provide you with an online ring sizer that you can print at your convenience. This will allow you to accurately determine your ring size.

Does DiamondGarden sell Conflict Free diamonds?

We exclusively sell diamonds that are conflict free and eco-friendly. All of DiamondGarden’s diamonds are lab-made, meaning they do not come with the environmental destruction that comes from mined diamonds.

Is my jewellery authentic and certified?

Yes, all of our jewlery comes certified after a thorough examination by a team of professionals.

I lost my jewellery certificate, can I get a duplicate?

Yes,we can arrange to send you a duplicate certificate.

Making an online purchase

How should I place an order online?

To place an order online, it is necessary to first register with your social media handle or email using our website. If you have any questions whatsoever about any of our products, then you can contact us through phone or online and we will be happy to assist you in anyway. Once you decide to place an order, you can create your account. You will provide us with your billing and shipping information and we will send the product to you.You do not need to register in order to browse our website.

How to Cancel an Order?

How do I track my order after it has been shipped?

Please log in to your DiamondGarden account and track your order in the "Order History" section of your account.

Payments

How do I make a payment for a DiamondGarden purchase?

At DiamondGarden, we offer multiple payment options for your convenience. You can choose to pay for your purchase online, or you can pay offline through a variety of services or by using cash upon delivery. See additional Payment options here

Online:

We offer online payment options through PayU, Credit Card, or Net Banking. We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro debit cards. You can transfer money from all major banks in India.

Offline:

We accept the following offline payments: cheque, NEFT, and RTGS. If this is your preferred method of payment, please contact us to confirm.

Cash on Delivery:

With this method of payment, you will pay for your order in cash upon its arrival. There are certain restrictions with this payment method, including jewellry that has been customized, altered, or engraved.

What is Cash on Delivery (CoD)?

Cash-on-Delivery (CoD) is a payment method where you pay for a product in cash, when the courier company delivers it to you. CoD option is available on select pin codes up to Rs.49,000. It is not applicable on customised jeweller, engraved jewellery, altered jewellery, solitaire loose diamonds and gold coins.

How does COD work?

You place an order for your favourite jewellery on ‘diamondgarden.in’. Choose CoD option if available and complete the order placement. You pay the complete amount in cash to the courier once the product is delivered to you. Please remember payment through cheque, draft or any other means will not be accepted by the courier.

Why is CoD option not available for my location?

Our CoD facility is limited by the reach of courier companies. COD facility is currently allowed to major cities and towns in India. Although, you will need to call customer service to confirm the same.

Is there any additional charge for the CoD shipment?

No, there is no extra cost for COD shipments.

Can I offer cheque for the payment in place of cash?

No COD payments can only be accepted in cash and not cheque.

What is the option if no one is at home when the courier person comes?

Because most courier companies call before delivery, it is important that you provide an accurate mobile phone number so that you are aware of their arrival. It is also important that you have an accurate address that is clear for the person delivering your product. This will gurantee a timely and accurate delivery.

After Purchase Questions

What happens if the ring I bought doesn't fit?

While we provide you with a complimentary ring sizer that will assist in selecting an accurate size, we will make sure that your ring is resized if it does not fit.

What if there is a problem with my purchase?
